The Federal section in our name means we are a Federal Charter, subject to Federal guidelines. The Credit Union philosophy is "people helping people". As a member of the Credit Union, members are equal partners in the ownership of the Credit Union with voting rights on how it is run. We hold an annual meeting to allow members to stay informed and vote on board members. The elected board member are unpaid, volunteers who act on the members behalf. Profits made in the Credit Union go back to the members through bonus dividends, lower interest rates, and available services. That is why the Credit Union belongs to you, the members.
